A challenge for myself. A few shop windows were shattered  by bricks last year - local idiot apparently. I arrived at my hairdresser’s to see this. Couldn’t resist a photo. Now I know  the best way to tackle this would be with glazes, but I am impatient….even though I haven’t finished the interior ( the reflection of the street is in the window), I couldn’t resist adding the damage. I know I’ll have to work round this but I’m enjoying myself. I’ll have to knock back the street reflection….😵‍💫😆

It looks like a difficult challenge Marjorie but I'm sure it is one you are capable of meeting. As you have mentioned, the street reflection is very dominant at the moment. It took me a few moments to take it all in. I like challenges as you know Marjorie and I think we expand from undergoing the challenges of a complex painting like this. It will be interesting to see how it develops and how you overcome these challenges. I think when you put a WIP,  which is difficult like this, it becomes a teaching and learning experience for us to watch.
