Intend to have a few on the go at once. These two I started on Sun, worked on yesterday but not today. The one on the black canvas is amongst the dark undergrowth, with light catching the middle part of the painting. Wiped( positioned) the light bits on with a cloth, now I'll work it up. The other, very different, my youngest grand daughter, was painted over another painting, using alkyds. This paint adheres very well and what I've painted is dry already. I haven't even taken it out of its original frame , will be very careful! Much more to be done on both.

Two such different paintings Marjorie.  Clever you doing them simultaneously .
Messed up grand daughter a bit, put it away. Did 45min on woodland scene. Much more to do yet.
That’s looking really good Marjorie, I do like the subject matter immensely.
I really like the woodland scene - very impressed!
Thanks, both of you.
Woodland scene is lovely, Marjorie.
The woodland scene is a cracker.
Where have you been recently Michael? Thanks by the way.

I'm still around but so busy that I've not had much chance to participate. My wife is just getting over a broken shoulder and I've had a knee replacement so between us we only have have two arms and two legs - a real couple of woebegones.
Getting to the point now where I need to stand back and decide how much more. It doesn't feel finished...
I like the way you’ve handled the light, really subtle Marjorie, looks finished, don’t fiddle, I’m an expert at fiddling.
