You'll get it done in 3 weeks, fear not!  It's going to be a cracker, too.
Flippin’ hope so Robert!
Cracked on a bit more this week, finishing the interior off and tackling the chrome and reflections off at the base of the screen. Also did some more work on the grass in the background. Hope to get the grill and front end chrome completed in the next few days so I can finish the gravel of the car park off.
Superb detail. Really looking forward to seeing the completed painting.
Cheers Steve!
This one’s going to be finished before the weekend. No, really, it is. Well, hopefully anyway. Started on all the bits I’d been putting off ( just call me Procrastinato), back wheel, side trim, tyres etc: Darkened the green down on the side a touch and added reflections in below the body line. Still got the mammoth task of the front end but had enough for today...
Feel like I’m swimming in treacle with this one at the moment - it’s taken as long to complete the grille and headlights as it did to complete the bodywork. It’s a long time since I painted chrome, forgot how fiddlesome it is! Anyway, had a productive day today: Detail of that fiddly grille:

Looking so good , the chrome work looks great.
Cheers Paul!
Had what felt like a painfully slow day today with the front bumper, but - hooray - the car’s finished. Messaged Dee, the co-owner, and she’s happy, so I’ll get the gravel finished off tomorrow hopefully and get it off to the owners.
