Added a few touches to Casper today, but spent most of my time having fun painting those cushions. Shame I didn't paint the stripes before those leaves though, doh!
Those leaves are great, they really look printed.  Casper speaks for himself!
Frank, I'm just looking at this on a small screen but it looks so good. The cushions finish it off and add a personal touch. I bet you enjoyed painting them.
It's an excellent painting of Casper, and the cushions look good.
Thanks Linda, Marjorie and Denise. I am really pleased with those cushions and I have now completed them, but I won’t post again until the whole work is complete, which shouldn’t be too long now.
Well we live and learn - it's all working brilliantly, even if you did have problems with the cushion patterns (there's always something we forget, it seems to me - the thing is: can we recover from it?). Casper is alive and kicking in this painting.
Thanks Robert, I think I can recover, just makes things a bit harder! Hoping to finish this at Tuesday morning painting group.
Casper is a delight.
Casper is a delight. TWICE .

Casper is a delight. THRICE!  😁
Looking through the stages of this one Frank, it’s a joy to behold! Such character, and the detail on those cushions is beautiful.
Thank you Colin and Anthony, hoping to finish this today, though struggling how to mix khaki combat colours for the cloth he is sitting on. Ideas anyone?
