Interesting to watch your progress.  Twenty eight years off doesn't seem to have done you much harm.

That's very kind. I should probably clarify. The last time I painted was for GCSE (O Level) art. And I never really painted much for that. However I have done a little drawing and YouTube is an amazing resource for learning.

I've managed to get a little further. I broke my ankle at the beginning on January so have loads of time but have to keep my leg elevated. This is the first time I've been able to have my leg down for more than a couple of minutes.
