I currently use Winsor and Newton's cotman watercolour tubes, which are fine for my uses at the moment, but I would like to start using Artists range - however - there are so many different makes of Artists manufactures when I look in the Jacksons catalogue. I know we all have our own preferences - but what are yours? I'm do buidings, industrial things, that kind of things, so am not looking for a good range of colours for things like flowers, but am looking for good colours that are bright, but not too bright, that mix well and do wet in wet well. I've seen the W&Ns Artist range in my art shop in 5ml and 14ml tubes - 5ml seems a little small - are they different in their content as well as quality? Any suggestions welcome - and I don't mind lots of different views!
