I am starting this new thread since we have started talking about paper on the thread regarding paint.
I thought that all of us might like to share our experiences with paper.
Years ago I started with Bockingford.
I have tried many kind of paper.
I have ended up using Arches - Saunders Waterford.
I have also tried Whatman and find the luminosity fantastic, a bit on the blotting side.
I use 140lb Not
Cannot agree with Langton, Hannemul and Fabriano, just do not seem to make a good job on these papers but I have heard of artists being happy with them.
