It seems that on a thread members are mentioning how difficult it is to find some right colours when it comes to green. I have said it before, but just in case, I make my own green. I have never had one in my palette in any medium except pastel. In watercolour, my first layer is with : Winsor yellow + Cerulean (it is fresh and vibrant) Cerulean + Winsor Blue + Winsor Lemon For darker green : Winsor Blue + Raw Umber mixed with Burnt Umber. or Ultramarine + Burnt Sienna ---------------------- Cerulean + Raw Sienna give a lovely shade of green too.
