Hi. This painting was found hidden behind another one from 1950 which was A copy of echo and narcissus by someone called Durling. Both been in my sister in laws attic untouched for years. Can anyone make out the signature?

Could be Firth... but it’s painted by an amateur so highly unlikely that you’ll be able to trace the artist - assuming that was your intention!

Yes that's What I thought..Firth. We think it might be by a past family member so would be interesting to see if we can track down who. Thanks Alan 😊
