Good evening, technical whizzes all....
Following a computer crash some while ago, I lost a piece of rather elderly software with which I used to be able to add virtual frames and mounts to pictures. I haven't missed it until recently, but it would be very useful to have something similar now.
I see there's a good deal of stuff on the internet, but I thought I'd ask you lot first before downloading or buying anything: ideally, I'd like it to be free (because I'm extremely mean).
Is there software you use and particularly recommend??
