Hi, I have joined but still getting adverts. Wondered if anyone else is getting the same? Also, it says they are working on the site, so parts of it are down. This right? Thanks in advance

Yeah why is there a Maintenace notice at the top of the main page.. It has been there for three days straight... What kind of Maintenace is being done? or did they just forget to take it down....
With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

Every now and then, the site is adjusted/worked on/updated.  Not that surprising - and most of the site is still available, if not working entirely optimally (eg, it's hard to locate the cursor on the Gallery page, but it works if you persist).  Don't all sites need a bit of adjustment now and then?

Am afraid there's now a large  advert appearing on any first page you click on, once you remove they don't reappear but it's very frustrating to have to do this.  Been happening for about a week now.

Possibly the maintenance notice is there to make you aware that maintenance is occurring.

While I'm never quite sure what "give reputation" means, I have just given Sylvia an up-tick; because - call me quick on the uptake - I think she's right..
