Hi, please can anyone help me rescue this watercolour painting?  I know the perspective of the river is wrong. Thank you, Dawn

Hi Dawn  At the moment your river banks are parallel. You need to think where your vanishing point is and everything should lead to that. This is just a quick sketch of what I’m saying, X being the vanishing point, which could be lower, but the river banks and the lines of the building should all lead to that.

If you do the trees in the distance a blue green it will give it some depth , that’s in addition to the excellent advice given by Tessa.

Thank you both.  I'm very impatien , so changed the banks a little and I think it's better.  I might take another look at those far trees.
