Poor Helen, that doesn’t look good! Do you let your iPad update regularly?  Could be something to do with it.

Hello Tessa, Unfortunately it's now too ancient to take any more system updates... looks like I'll have to bite the bullet, and dust off the bank account (I've been putting it off for a long time)
