Recently got accepted an an affiliate member of the Nottingham Society of Artists - woohoo - no problem there!
This entitles me to exhibit two painting at an upcoming exhibition which must be for slae - again woohoo - no problem
The problem is I have not done anything like this before and I'm not sure how to provide hangings for my work
They are on deep edge canvas and I recently purchased some hanging rope (no I haven't used it for myself - yet) and two screw in eyes - I have screwed the eyes to the back of the canvas and tied the rope - is this ok?
Also they talk in the literature about "Gallery hooks" - what are these

I know I will get the hang (no pun intended) of it after a while but don't want my work rejected cos I haven't done the right thing
