A customer wants to buy one of my pastels but doesnt like the frame. She has asked if I can change it for a white or cream frame. It is a neutral brown just now. She has been told she would probably be charged more. Has this happened to anyone here? What did you do? Tbh I cant be bothered with the hassle but I would like the sale
