I've recently produced an illustration of a Morgan 3-wheeler and had an idea of putting on to greeting cards, posters, mugs etc but I thought it would look more attractive if it was accompanied by its' radiator badge, so I illustrated that also. I'm now wondering if i'm allowed to use these images are am I legally bound to contact the Morgan Car Co to obtain their consent first?
