First an apology for the width of the picture in the last post and for making a mess if things.
It is a portrait of my youngest granddaughter dressed in my wife's nightdress and wearing a straw hat. The pose is natural and I captured it with several photographs.
I was pleased with the expressive dry mark making which is a characteristic of Pastel has added interest to the surface.
It was sold at one of our LAS Exhibitions several years ago and I was sorry to see it go. At least I still have a digital file I can use to have a Giclee print made.
