Monthly challenge

How would people feel about persuading POL to host a monthly challenge like some other sites do. Maybe a picture to paint in any media or a challenge to do something to a certain subject or maybe in just one colour. No prizes- just the chance to view other people's outlook on a subject? They could choose a winner if they like but still no prize or maybe we could vote on a winner. Even a quarterly challenge if monthly is too much work. They often do something similar in Leisure Painter with instruction but why not just for the fun of it? I know it would be work setting up new pages so we need to see if enough people would like it. Thought it may help when people just have a block on what to paint or could maybe drag people out of their comfort zone to paint something they wouldn't usually do. Maybe Februarys title could be "Winter blues"- take that any way you want!
