Yes, you've only to miss POL for a day, and paintings vanish into the darkness of the POL archive. Happy Christmas and a great New Year to you Robert. I really appreciate your knowledge and humor, and look forward to more of the same.
And, of course, I'd like to extend the same season's greetings to everybody on POL, and the staff that make it possible.

I would like to wish all of my lovely Forum friends, and the wonderful team at POL, a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful creative 2019. I really appreciate the help and encouragement you have given me during the year, and the inspiration I've gained from seeing the great variety of lovely paintings. Thank-you to all (and especially Robert for all the laughs). Not painting at present although I will find an older one for the Gallery, have just sold my house so had to keep it tidy for the dreaded open homes, and now have to downsize 32 years' accumulated "stuff" by around 80%! Hope to get back into painting once I've moved (next month). (To quote from another thread - "Less is more")!
