Agreed. I always remember a line from the film Bambi which went something along the lines of ‘ if you can’t say something nice don’t say nothing at all!’ This is mostly a kindly and positive site where nothing unkind is said of other artists work and I like that. I would hate if it turned into something like Twitter where it seems acceptable for people to be horrible to each other without much thought.
Also my criteria for ticking the ‘like’ button is whether I would like to hang it on my wall.
