This portfolio contains photographic images of paintings made by the crews of various vessels while in harbours throughout the world. They are something that you see if visiting by boat/cruise-liner.
Most are hand painted in whatever paint that comes to hand...some are spray painted stencils.
Their quality is variable as is their size...typically 4' long x 2-3' high...and best regarded as a calling card!!
Though they resemble graffiti they are nonetheless an art form...but some words may offend...
