Well Norah I do not know how bad you have been.
I know that there is one which costs around £ 26.00 like his DVD.
THEN one that cost £120.00 has gone up to £180.00 on Amazon but it is a used book otherwise it is £300.00.
The worse is that you cannot find what is there in that book ! Is it gold dust ?
So I will be waiting a bit longer..... may be I should write my own ! :D
