No but it looks like the kind of painting mass produced in China and passed off as art. Cant understand one of the paintings . I do not think they are of very much value and would not appeal to a buyer. Sorry . However your best plan is to take them to an auctioneer who is likely to give you an honest opinion of their likely value as my opinion may be wrong.

I think Syd's right in every particular. I can't read the signature - it's not helping that it's on its side - but it's not a good painting, and the artist is highly unlikely to be well-known. I second those words from Sylvia and Syd, these people have access to the same resources that we have and are frankly just wasting our time. What does concern my though is that dreadful paintings like the one posted are actually thought to be fine works of art by their owners, luckily there are still many out there that do appreciate and understand what painting is all about.
