That sounds fab Sylvia! The liveliness shows in your sketch.
The 29th already.
I stopped listening to The Archers many years ago, so came up with just one archer, drawn from the statue of Robin Hood in Nottingham by James Woodford.
Nice to do some pencil drawing, it’s been a while!

The Archers ( English and Welsh longbow men ). So feared by the French that the would cut of the index and middle finger of and bowman captured. After the battle of Agincourt , where the French night thrashed by the bow men it’s recorded that the English and Welsh lined up waving their two fingers at be French as the marched past In defeat , that’s where to two finger salute originated.
