I have an idea - How about presenting something that each of us hasn't done before. A bit of "stretching" outside our comfort zones!?
With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

Well - do I have a comfort zone....?  Not sure I have - I've painted buildings, landscapes, portraits, animals, figures - though not lately - I've never painted an abstract though: other than in the sense that most paintings have an abstract element....   Leave it with me, Skylar!  It's a good idea, I'm just not sure I can do it: I'm sure you could, but I have a very literal mind (I like to call it logical, but I think literal is nearer the mark: show me a puzzle picture and I can never read any but the most obvious interpretation.  I promise nothing, and if I can think of some other than abstract - I'll do that... wonderful, isn't it, when one anticipates failure before one even makes a start.....

I've never done a self portrait, Skylar. I'll have a try with the medium I like the best, watercolour.

Skylar, I have given this a bit of thought, and I have come up with this. It is done in procreate, and is of a local church, here In March Town, Cambridgeshire. It is done in a travel poster style.
