I haven't been able to translate the forum for many months now. For me, as a non-English speaker, it's very, very difficult. In the past - I can't remember when, but just in the past - I could translate the page using translation tools like Google or "Translator" or various apps and read everything. For a long time now, however, I've only been able to select a small section of text and it's translated in a very small window. It's almost impossible to follow many dialogues from several users in this way. It's sad for those who speak a different language. Maybe this can be changed; adjusted? Here's the screenshot that comes up as a message, if i try to translate. I don't want to make a fuss, just draw attention to the fact.

It could be due to the changes made recently because of all the spam , quite a lot of the people posting use German as there choice of language.   I will let Dawn  and the team know that you are having problems Tanja and hopefully they can soon resolve them .

I think you're coming up against one of the manifestations of Cloudflare - I speak just enough German to translate that page you have shown: there should be a "I am not a robot" box for you to tick, but whether that will actually permit translation from English into German I don't know.

I've just used Google Translate to read my post in German, but it does indeed show up in a small box (not helpful if you don't have a wide monitor) and there's not much you can do with it - you can't copy and paste the translated text, for instance, and would have to type it all out... Technology does have its limits....  Or, die Technologie hat ihre Grenzen.........

oh my god, it works again - I can translate the "whole page" into German with Google Translator (and not just line by line) MANY THANKS TO THE MOD/IT TEAM!
