Super early start Margaret! Good idea through the window, I might just use that myself!
No 3 it does get you thinking about subjects. There are some great sketches already.
Its a great response from everyone, some great drawings/ paintings already, it is hard thinking of different subjects Paul, I have just taken a photo of raindrops on the window this morning, but will have to do it tomorrow, got company coming later and doing another dinner !!!
That’s the problem with being popular Linda, be a miserable sod like me they don’t come around too often then. And if they do, I do my grumpy bit, doesn’t work on the kids though.
Through the (almost) Square window, thanks for the idea Margaret! Good heavy horse Dixie.
Here is my attempt today. The title is a crossword clue, "the encouragers Breakfast" The Answer is 2 Egg on.

Very good. sketch.
This is all going great guns.  It's interesting what people draw.  Alan's breakfast pic looks almost 3d on my monitor.  I've just got back from the hospital, we only had to wait about 20 minutes today...so, very good.   I keep an A5 sketchbook in the car these cars, together with a Pentel mechanical pencil clipped into the wire binding.  Great little pencils, never need sharpening and only cost about £4...one of my very best buys.  Had time to draw this elongated fellow. I'm not putting this stuff in the gallery.
Lovely to see the big variety of sketches - subject and medium.  Lewis, sorry to hear you were at the hospital again - hope everything going well.  Like your portrait - an intimidating looking fellow!   I won't be posting many of the daily sketches in the gallery - have posted 2 out of the 3 so far - but that is to let folk know about the challenge - and will post the occasional other one later on probably to try to let other folk know it is going on and where to find it.
