I've been busy the past few weeks with house stuff and now, I'll be moving house. At some point I will be off line for a couple of weeks while everything is getting changed over. I'm hoping to sketch when I can but will not be able to do much as there are new floors and sheds to go up in the new house. I will also be getting a garden workshop so I will have a designated place to put all my art work and material in and a space to work in. I am also supporting my daughter as her partner has been on life support in intensive care this week. He has made some improvements and they are hoping to extubate him in the next 24 hours. He is still very poorly and not waking properly so it looks like a long recovery and the outcome is uncertain at this point regarding his mental function. Of course, I always say positive and take everything in my stride so I will be popping in. Once settled, I'll be back on as normal. Thanks for all your continued support with regards to my artwork.
Best wishes for your move and I hope you daughter partner makes a full recovery. Keep positive, looking forwards to seeing you back with us soon.
All the best Denise regards the family and hope you are soon settled and producing art again.
Wishing you all the best in your new home Denise and also for a good recovery for your daughter’s partner.
A lot on your plate ,hope your move goes well.very best wishes for your daughters partner...scary time.
The good news here - and every sympathy with the bad: I hope things turn out as well as they possibly can - is that you'll be getting your own reserved space to paint in: my whole flat is my reserved space, and it's not enough: storage being the main problem.  But there we are, I should have made more money when I was still working, shouldn't I.....? Just make sure you have adequate heating in your garden workshop; painting when cold is horrible, and paint isn't keen on the cold either.
Thanks everyone and yes, thanks Robert, I thought greatly about the work space. It will be insulated and heated for the cold months because I will spend every day painting and sketching. All my things will be in one space instead of 5 rooms.
Denise that's awful for you all but I wish you the best of fortune for the coming weeks
It must be a difficult time for you, your daughter, her partner and his family. Your daughter will be thankful for your support Denise . I hope for a good outcome for him. Hope your move goes well it’s so great to have a studio it will be something good to look forward too amongst the current situation. Look after yourself too! Sending love and positive vibes x
Sorry to read about your daughter's partner, Denise, hope everything is well for them in the future. All the very best with your move. You have a lot to cope with. ((((Denise and family))))
Oh Denise, so sorry to hear about your family’s worries. I also wish you well, and hope everything goes well for all of you.We will miss your input but hope to see you back before long.
Sounds like you have enough on your plate without your family worries.  All we can do is wish you all well and look forward to you popping up and brightening our day in the near future.
