Lew doesn't seem to have posted anything since the end of March.  Not only missing the regular fun postings, but wondering if he is OK.  Does anybody have any information?  
With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

No - I haven't.  But I believe his wife has been ill for some time.  Best wishes to them both, and hoping to see Lew's work again soon.

Lewis is very noticeable through his absence.  I’ve been worrying about him too.  Hope he is OK.

I’ve also been wondering about Lewis recently. He had a lull last year and I tried to send a message but he never received it. Certainly miss his wonderful work: hopefully just a quiet spell.

I have to agree with you all that is is worrying about Lew ,like you all I have noticed his absence and have felt concerned. I just hope he and his wife are both well and send my best wishes to them .

I haven't been looking at POL so much lately, and not at the forum at all.  This morning I thought I'd have a squint and saw this.  Thanks to all for your very kind concern for my wife and me. My wife has been through a very bad couple of months, I've been worried about her.  I have plenty of time to make pictures, but haven't felt like doing any.  Most of what I do is light hearted, and that's been in short supply recently.  Like most people here I'm never satisfied with what I do anyway, and that feeling has got worse in my present circumstances.  So I decided to take a step back from art for a while.  Daft really, art is a challenge...the words 'reach beyond my grasp' come to mind.  So I should get on with it. I've been popping into POL occasionally, but not commenting...only using the 'like' button.  I should have, and will, make comments. Thanks again, very much, for your kind thoughts.
