Is it necessary to post four paintings at a time?

Do we think that this is a good or bad idea?. I never post more than one as I am grateful for any feedback received and know that any more than this would probably result in no comments at all. If an artist does post more than one I tend to pick what I consider the most interesting and comment on that one alone. I don't have the time or inclination to trawl through all of them. I have just noticed that there is at present five postings just appeared on the gallery, all the same picture, I mean, what is all that about? Perhaps they will be removed shortly, the front page of the gallery gets filled up soon enough without that.

I was also puzzled by this - my understanding was that it's not possible to post more than 4 in any one day and yet here we have 5. What's more they were all upside down which left me to wonder if the artist is Australian. I do sometimes post more than one but only if they are of different genres - other than that I stick to just one and would urge others to do the same. Quick edit - I've just checked and they are now all up the correct way.
