I doubt that anyone on here will be able to help, I certainly can’t and I’ve got a good knowledge of etchings and artists - the signature is obviously unreadable, apart from making a few wild guesses, which I don’t intend to do.
I’ve never seen a test plate print signed before, that isn’t standard practice.
The first (acceptable) pull off should have the edition number followed by AP, or often just AP, which is artists proof, that’s on the left side, the signature is added on the right hand side and always in pencil.
Looking at the image, I’m unsure what exactly the subject is, an amateur work at a guess!

Sorry, I have no idea, for all the reasons Alan gives. Yet again, we have a signature which looks as though a spider had fallen into an inkwell and had a fit on the page, though on this occasion the material isn't ink. Not sure even what to suggest - you could perhaps ask specialist auction houses if they've seen this signature before, but - well, I wouldn't put any money on your achieving success. I expect you've already dropped the signature into Google search - I haven't tried that yet, but - well, try it and see, if you haven't already drawn a blank. Good luck, but I'm not optimistic that even the best of luck is going to help.
