Hi, i wanted to get a drawing done for my wifes birthday. I have been trying to find a north east based artist who would do a cartoon drawing but i am not sure how to go about finding somebody to do this. is there somewhere you can find or get in touch with artists who would do this? thanks

For that style of work you will need an illustrator rather than a general artist or painter, although both could probably take on this task, Google will probably be the answer but this will not come cheap. It doesn't sound like a cartoon to me, although I am not familiar with the HP book cover illustrations. A good illustration by a professional will or could run into many hundreds of pounds, a cover design for a HP book probably thousands, good luck, you will need it.

You should post the photo of her some kind artist may take on the project to help you out 😉 do you have a particular book cover you'd like to be used ?

I possibly know a couple of artists local to me , one is an illustrator and one a cartoonist who could well be interested in them as a commission. , Shouldn't think either of them would charge a fortune. If you are interested , send me a Private message from this site.
