Just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed reading about the way some of our members tackle a painting. A big thank you to Alan Bickley, Dermot Brennan, Ibolya Taligas, Haidee-Jo Summers and others who contributed for giving such clear, informative demonstrations of their work which were a pleasure to read.

I agree Margaret, a very good collection of styles and instructions. Inspiring demonstrations do give us mortals the confidence to have a go!
Nice to see a pastel demo featuring along side the the other mediums too. I'm keen to take Alan And Rogers advice and get out more often to paint.

Yes, thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated by me and I'm sure the other contributors.
I've done a fair number of these now for Dawn over the past couple of years and I've always jumped at the chance when asked; they can be quite time consuming, the text side of it for me anyway but it's something different to get your teeth into; do give it a go yourself if you are offered the opportunity.
