It getting far to hot to be doing anything particularly serious, hope you  enjoy the fun and join in all these we copied from Pintrest. Thank you to the original creators . 
These are great, just what we need at the moment. Tanja's Lisa looks just like my attempt at painting her. Here are a few of my favourites I share with our art group.
A few of my Thelwell favourites to make you smile……
I  don't understand one of them, but I always like a Thelwell to cheer me up.  The one I don't understand probably relates to a cartoon series with which I'm not familiar, i.e. the one  with a scraggy tiger and what looks like a painterly penguin... 
Bloom Country cartoon series with Opus the penguin and Bill the cat. 'Breathed' is the cartoonist taking the mickey out of himself.  This might be more accessible:
Trying to keep with the theme of art.
These are great, keep them coming. 
Apologies for the lousy photo, but I took this in a cafe in east London a few years ago, made me laugh! Also this which a friend sent…I guess more cartoons than art but still amusing.
