How to use the forums 'Search' facility
After clicking on the "Search" option when you are logged in, 'Search all forums' is displayed on the left of the screen; you can narrow your search by selecting specific areas to look in.
Enter you keywords to search on in the top-right entry box. If you know the author you're looking for, you can enter their username in the second entry box.
Select your date limit by choosing one of the options from the bottom-right dropdown list.
For the widest search possible, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select 'All posts'. Please be aware that this option may make the search run slowly, and return lots of results to check through.
Finally, click the 'Submit' button:
Your search results will be displayed on screen; click on a title to read the topic in question but remember to use your browser's 'Back' button to return to your search results, or you'lll need to run the search again!
