Robert we were built in the pre technology days and don’t have the necessary attachments to update ourselves, just have to rely on additional resources that aren’t always compatible due to the age of the original version.  Best solution is find a ten year old or a son in law who is a technical whiz kid , they invariably get it sorted in a couple of minutes, what doesn’t help is the ten year old looking at you as if your an alien with a very low intelligence level.

Ha ha, I laughed at the 10 year old’s opinion of you. What’s worse is they “explain” so quickly and briefly that it’s too embarrassing to ask again. I usually google for an explanation but even that doesn’t always work.

Very sorry to hear this Robert and send you my best wishes that you feel better soon. And can get the tech sorted. I too have had good results in the past with TENS machine and this might give you a laugh. I was hooked up to a couple at the doctor's when a guy poked his head round the door and said I looked like Frankinstein's monster! 81 on Tuesday, where does the time go!

I think, Robert, that Microsoft 365, wants you to utilise it's own "cloud" space for storing and saving files and images.  All that means is you have your own folder/s on their central storage...call it a disc, if you like. In Microsoft it is called "OneDrive". And you should have an icon on windows which will take you there. There is a way to ignore this, and to use your own computer to store files.  But that's difficult to explain without seeing your set up I'm afraid. Hoping you get a resolution at some point, and that you're keeping as well as possible.
