Highly unlikely that anyone on here will be able to help, there are so many possibilities.
The time to enquire is when you purchased it, but it’s yet another (probably amateur) painting without a signature.
Unless it’s under the frame of course, it does happen!
Just seen the signature now, I missed it before… no luck recognising it I’m afraid… not too surprising.
Needs a really good professional clean, and that isn’t cheap… sorry I can’t be of any help, someone else might be able to add something more.

German fowling scene, the date is clear, 1885 - although the style of clothing looks earlier so far as I can see it, for some reason it has the name of the city of Munich (München) next to the (printed?) signature; and there seems to be a letter missing in the signature which looks like a 'y' - which would make the name Sueys - of whom I've never heard; nor is it (so far as I know) a German name.
As Alan says, the picture needs cleaning, and some repair (is that a rent in it, in the sky?) and the elaborate frame is in even greater need of attention. It's been meticulously painted, but not by a great painter; presumably the lake and mountain are in Bavaria (of which Munich is the capital). And that's absolutely as far as I can go, which is not very far at all.
Is it worth getting it restored? Well - commercially, probably not; but cleaned, frame repaired, any rent repaired - it would be a talking point, on someone's wall. If it were mine, I'd be making inquiries of conservators in the hope of finding one whose fee wouldn't too massively exceed the value of the painting.
