I just posted a quick sketch on the Gallery. I was watching the cycling (Tour of Spain) but it was not very exciting, so I took a magazine and saw a picture of (in my opinion), a sunny, lovely landscape. I took my sketchbook and made a pen and wash sketch, one eye on the cycling and one eye on the drawing (lol!). The sketch was made with my usual Stabilo point 88 marker (watersoluble but not lightfast) and the wash with a waterbrush. When dry, I added a few lines with the marker. All done in about 30 minutes. Maybe I will make a coloured version of it in the coming week. I've commented on your drawing in the gallery Mia, I think it's wonderful - it would take me a lot longer than 30 minutes to sketch it so well done.
