That is much better Linda , the slightly darker green is doing the trick  you could go a bit darker even  however the different is obvious .
Thank you Paul.
Thank you Paul.
Loads better! As Paul says, you could even go a little darker maybe?
Just seen that bag... off to e bay.
I’m going to steam it which may make the Inktense pencils darker and fill in any gaps.  I could also blend the green areas.   Sylvia, my pencil bag, ordered from e-bay, has still not arrived, so I have asked for money back and will order from a different supplier.  They all come from China anyway.
I have a version of the bag, it holds all my derwent coloured pencils, all my inktense pencils, and all my Hb pencils. I find it so portable, and they are all in one place., it not quite as fancy as the one in Lewis photo, but it works fine for me, there are two sides to it. Having trouble loading the picture.
That is an impressive collection Alan.   You obviously like the red one, or is it orange as it is now the shortest.  Do you use water with them?   I have added more green now and used the blending pencil on the background.  It is amazing what difference a change in the weather makes.  I can see it a lot clearer now.  Just a couple of amendments to make.
Looks so different Linda , good that you have persevered with it as it’s certainly worth the effort .
Linda, I was doing some poppy pictures with it, so I used quite a lot. Yes I do use water with them,
It must have been an awful lot of poppies!  I will have to visit your gallery to see them.
