Finished work is normally posted in the Gallery, where we will comment on it. There is however a place on the forum for Work in Progress if you would like comments on the way.
Looks to me like John Lennon but it would be good to have some information on it.
T'is good. Easily worthy of being shown in the Gallery. Got any more?
thanks everyone. no info in body because I did not know how to post. after the picture pasted it would not let me add text. Anyway, draw this from the Lennon album Imagine when I was 14, 46 years ago now. Big Beatles fan me. here is my attempt at the FAB4.
Copying from photo's is fine when you first start, it can be useful drawing practice but why not sit in front of a mirror and sketch yourself or perhaps a family member, even a still life or look out of the window. Only by working from life will you develop and progress your skills, of which you clearly do have. For me at least, looking at copies of famous celebs such as the Beatles and Marilyn leave me totally unmoved.
Ah ha - so you're an old devil like us after all.
