Appreciate your response, conversation is always a good thing! On this website, navigate to the gallery, you’ll see one of my sketches on the Home Page. But for a more expansive viewing of both our work, on this website, type in our names… I’ve got something in the region of 650 works in my gallery, sketches, watercolours, pen and inks and so on. I can’t speak for Robert. In fact, why not join in and post some of your own artwork!
With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

SK - I have written a book; it needs updating and revising, plus more  illustrations, but you can find it on the Amazon Kindle Store, under the winning title Oil Paint Basics.  I keep meaning to get it properly published in paper form, with an ISBN number and all the appropriate frills; but am so slow to do anything these days (and always did offer the pace of a Russian state funeral - ponderous, grim, depressing,  with the occasional unfortunate hiccup).   While I've contributed  little to the gallery lately, there's quite a lot of my stuff on there; some of which I should probably have kept to myself, others of which I am not ashamed.   PS - I seem to have somewhere in the region of 200 pictures, WAY  behind Alan: time I pulled the finger out.

Robert, you mention just having done a palette knife painting, what about posting that to the Gallery? Would be interested to see it.

Ar, I'll just get a photo and do it  - my issue is I have a new computer, and elderly software which it doesn't like, plus new softward which I don't like: I'm  hoping to find a happy medium.....

I looked at both of your work. You do some lovely work. As per your suggestion I uploaded a few of mine. I found out that you could view someone’s work by clicking on their name and looking at the gallery. I will have to find that book of yours Robert, I’m sure it would be an excellent read. 😊
