Welcome to this weeks thread , I have a busy week ahead with a few hospital appointments coming up so decided to be totally lazy and do something easier this week.
We start the week looking at artist who paint animals ( not literally) and I have selected a few to,start the week off , please do join in and post some painting and of course your own work as well ..
On Wednesday I will change to showing the work of artist who are no longer posting their work on the gallery for whatever reason.
Four artist that are new to me as I only discovered their work today .
1 Vicki Davidson
Marjolein Kruijt.
Nikita Coulombe

For the second half of this week we are look at fellow artists who have not posted on the gallery for one time . We don’t know why in most cases but hope that they are well and continuing to produce their unique artwork.
I will open with three artists who’s work I enjoyed and did enjoy looking through their gallery’s today , my choice doesn't reflect any preference for their work over others I will post later this week .

Can't let this pass without adding some paintings by the late Derek Snowden. His advice could be direct and uncompromising at times, but the advice he gave to me was always honest and valuable. The last two of these were painted using cut up old credit cards, which, if I am not mistaken, he took to as he found it increasingly more and more difficult to hold a brush, or pen, steady.
