Welcome to this weeks bonus artist thread , my choice of bonus artist this week is :
Rebecca John1947, granddaughter of Augustus John, was in her mid thirties when she began to make tentative pencil sketches of flowering plants .
In 1994 she enrolled for the new botanical painting course at Chelsea Physic Garden. She then began to spend more time at her mother’s cottage in Wales where she could be more closely with nature.
I hope you enjoy my selection of her work .
