Welcome to this weeks bonus artist thread this we I’m featuring Fiona Haldane.
Fiona was born in Dundee and attended Duncan of Jordonstone College of Art between 1975-1979. Fiona started to exhibit her artwork in 1996 and is now well known as one of the leading pastel landscapes artists in Scotland.
I hope you enjoy her artwork, I only came across her work a few days ago my instant reaction was oh wow , I’m still searching out her work.

Amazing work Dixie. Pastellists (is there such a word?!) appear to get better by the day it seems, maybe because of more use of pastel pencils rather than chunks?
These are stunning. I’m away at my daughters at the mo and only have my phone to view on, so looking forward to seeing bigger when I’m home.
