I do agree with you a Gillian I find sketching particularly relaxing, it’s something I have done since childhood so it the familiarity as well I think. We certainly have seen two very different styles of portraits painting both ends of the scale featured both styles having their follower and those who prefer something in between. Next weeks arts are Klee and Anna Archer ( in Danish Ancher) Google offers both versions of her name . I will set up the thread on Sunday evening as usual and will put the Bonus Artist on line this evening .
