Thanks I will make the changes , Lew I knew there was an artist you mentioned but I couldn’t find it when looking back so though I’d lost the plot , but that not unusual. Great choice Tessa I Love the Marianne North Gallery at Kew after a few visits I spent hours painting flowers etc.

Your list of featuring artists looks great! I’ll keep an eye out for any name or spelling corrections. Hi Dixie Please could you remove my request to introduce, Nina Hamnett. While I was reading her reminiscences she struck me as an interesting and flamboyant artist, and thought her work would be, also. Not so, on trying to find work that portrays her characteristics. Hope this wont be too much of an inconvenience. I will search for another artist to place on the list, if that's ok with you.
With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

Curious about Nina Hamnett now..... So took a quick look: and I see your point.  There's a lot of portraits, and the story of a really individual and ultimately sad life, but her paintings are interesting rather than reflective of the life she led.    She was what an uncle of mine would have called "a bit of a go-er" - and  indeed, she went; but why not - at least she lived her life.  Sued by the loathsome Alesteir Crowley - who lost - so there was obviously good in her. I'd better shut up, or Paul will be asking me to introduce her....
