Embedded links to non-art topics

New artists are of course welcome, but embedding links to irrelevant websites, games, potions, guides to other subjects with no discernible connection to art even in its widest context, is likely to lead to the removal of your post.  Some baseball game featured in the recent introduction - now, what are you trying to do?  Introduce yourself to other artists, or sell or invite participation in a game which has nothing to do with art?  We're likely to conclude it's the latter and assume you're not genuine if you do that.  So a reminder/notice - it's one thing to point us to an art-related website, if you are clear that's what you want to do; it's another to drop in a link which is irrelevant - however charmingly you phrase your introduction....
