I wanted to pick your brains as it were. As a tutor I can offer a combination of live demonstrations, theory (lectures) by slide or book, paint with the student at the easel, or simply offer advice without touching a brush; my question is which of these methods - or combination of these methods works best for you? Do you have any other tutoring methods, experiences or even ideas which you think would work for you or anybody else? Is there anything a tutor should never do, or conversely something that must always be offered? Look forward to hearing your of experiences and sharing your opinions. :-D
