Hi all thought I'd let you know I tried out a technique Michael Sanders demonstrated on a video (Painting and Drwaing Channel) and yesterday I sent him an e-mail via his site thanking him for pointing me in a new direction and cheekily attached the painting for him to have a look at.
To my great surprise he replied today! Very pleasent e-mail, constructive critisism (sandwiched between compliments - good man) and directed me towards a book I might find helpful.
Hope I'm that kind when I'm famous! (ha ha) ;-)
