A heads up on problems with System 3 tubes. I don't usually use the student quality paints but I know a lot of people do. Before Christmas I bought a couple when the artist quality weren't available and after using them once the caps broke clean off.
I thought I would let people know that if you email Daler Rowney from their website and send your address, they will send out new caps right away. They are aware of the problem. If any of the tubes have dried up because of this, let them know as well.
Painting is expensive enough without wasting new tubes. Daler Rowney responded immediately.
